Rules
Short, because there isn't much to it. Read it before you pay — payments are final.
Ranking
- Your rank is your total paid, highest first. Nothing else counts.
- Same amount? The listing that got there first keeps the better rank.
- Totals are cumulative for life. They never go down.
- Listings never expire. They just get passed.
Pricing
- A new listing costs $5 minimum. Whole dollars only.
- To take #1, pay at least $1 more than the current #1.
- Already on the board? You only pay the difference. If #1 is at $40 and you've paid $12, the top costs you $29.
- Paying less than #1 still puts you on the board, at whatever rank the amount buys.
- You can't push your total more than $20 above #1 in one payment. Short steps keep the board moving.
- The board can move between the moment you see a price and the moment you pay. If it does, your payment still counts — you land at the rank your amount buys, not the rank you were shown.
Payments
- All payments are final and non-refundable. You are buying a position on a public board that is delivered immediately.
- By paying, you expressly agree that the service is performed immediately and you waive any right of withdrawal (art. L221-28, French Consumer Code).
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card statement will read TOPCLOUT LEADERBOARD.
- Prices are in USD. Taxes, if any, are shown at checkout.
- We collect your email at checkout so we can tell you when someone passes you. Nothing else, no resale.
Listings and moderation
- We don't verify that you own the handle you list. It's a promotion board, and nobody pays to promote someone else.
- If a listing points at your account and you want it gone, email remove@topclout.lol from an address you can prove is yours. We remove it manually. Removal does not come with a refund — not to you, not to whoever paid.
- Brands, public figures, sensitive accounts and impersonation attempts are blocked. Display names and taglines are filtered.
- We can hide any listing at our discretion, without refund. This is a board we run, not a utility you rent.
What this is not
- topclout is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Meta Platforms, Inc. or Instagram in any way.
- Being on this board buys you a line on this board. It does not buy followers, reach, verification, or anything on any other platform.
- The clicks counter is what it says: outbound clicks from this board. We don't promise any of them convert.
